What kind of art WONT you do? |
What kind of art can I get from you? |
I am non-negotiable on these things, even implied will get me to bristle. Just don't ask
*This mostly has to do with porn, so there is mild flexibility if its otherwise. For porn I absolutely NEED the other parties consent to use of their character in that situation, directly from them. Manipulation of a situation to get me to do it will be a non-refundable, black list offense and the art will immediately be deleted. |
Tons! From cutsey chibi-esque art to straight up not safe for work naughties, I'm pretty flexible.

In regards to adult content:
You agree that you and all characters involved are at least 18 years of age or older.
If you request a commission, and pay for it, and I later find out that any of the characters, or yourself are UNDER 18 years of age, I will not finish the picture. I will not post any progress. And do not anticipate a refund either.
You will be blacklisted.
On to the semantics shall we?
If you wish to commission me you are welcome to email me at [email protected] or contact me via any of the other methods listed under the Contact tab on this website.

The Process
1) Email me! Or fill out the form on the request tab. Or send a note on Weasyl.
2)Include References!
No more than Five pictures, chose wisely, and try to make sure one of these is flat colored only, no shading. (I'll forgive it if you don't have a flat, but it does make my job a world easier)
if you don't have a reference keep in mind a custom design WILL cost you a minimum of forty dollars. Verbal descriptions do not count as references. Different animals listed as "I want to merge this and this" do not count either, that's still a custom design.
3) You send -half- the payment upfront.
Payment via paypal only. Rarely do I do art for gifts or trade for something of equal monetary value. This pays bills, and things do not keep the electricity in my apartment, on. You can pay me in full upfront if you want, but be warned that it may take some time to get your commission done.
4) I get the base sketch down to make sure you're happy with the pose, and email you that. Once you approve we move forward
If you are not happy with the sketch, there will be another 20 dollar fee if you want something entirely new. No additional costs for small edits. Why? This takes a lot of time and effort, and at that point, you're basically asking for enough work to constitute a new commission.
5) You send the rest of the payment at this point. (unless you paid in full at first)
6) Once full payment is received, I will finish the commission by the terms you asked, then post it on Weasyl
Unless requested not to post the art, I post everything on my weasyl page. I have no qualms with not posting the art however, so don't be afraid to ask that. You're also ALWAYS welcome to post your art on your own sites, as long as you make sure to credit it back to me on either this website, or my weasyl.
REFUNDS
Always an important topic.
Here's how it is. You pay me for what I do. I will not spend money sent, until you approve the base sketch. At that point, full payment is expected and there will be -no- refunds. Before that approval point, is when things can change for a refund.
IF you wind up not approving the base sketch AND you want a refund? We must know IMMEDIATELY. Do not dawdle on getting us the answers. I'm doing these commissions to pay bills, and bills have deadlines.
Also if you turn down the commission at that stage, all I ask is that you promote the base sketch as a prepose sale with the amount on it you were supposed to pay with a small discount we will inform you of at the time of you stepping out of the contract.

- a commissioner hassles me about the art, constantly nitpicks, and is constantly coming up with changes in the midst of me working, or any combination thereof, I WILL change the price to the more expensive option of an Hourly rate of 15 dollars per hour. I do not have the time to spend on a commission that this kind of involvement takes. The communication with the person alone is enough to rack up the hours, and yes I will count any messages into that fee if it gets within a certain excess. (If it takes you ten messages to send me 30 references of which only four or five we need, if it takes you five messages to note changes that you 'noticed' after approving a sketch, I will charge you a dollar a message.) This is an anxiety inducing hassle that puts in me in a seriously unhealthy mental state and puts strain on my relationships in the real world, on top of the struggle of getting through the commission that I'm trying to get to you in a reasonable time.
- Try to get everything you need clear and concise in the first message, please, it saves both you the commissioner, and I the artist, so much time.
- Sometimes life happens, sometimes a muse dies, sometimes its just impossible to finish your piece that quickly for events we can't anticipate. We will do our very best, but we hope that you can bear with us. I will post regular updates as to my current goings on so that you guys know where I am. If I think I'm going to be slow on commissions, I will make a journal about it to let you know.
I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone; regardless of reason, and do not need to provide explanation for my decision
